1. Information We Collect
1.1. We only collect the minimal technical data required to fulfill orders and prevent fraudulent activity:
- Public SteamID64, username, and avatar when you sign in via Steam OpenID;
- Steam Trade URLs provided for digital item delivery;
- Steam account login for wallet top-up processing;
- Crypto wallet addresses and transaction hashes (TxHash) for payment verification and payouts;
- Anonymized technical data (IP address, User-Agent, cookies) for anti-fraud protection and performance monitoring.
2. No Password Storage
🛡️ 2.1. We NEVER ask for, collect, or store your Steam account passwords, Steam Guard 2FA codes, payment credentials, or crypto private keys.
2.2. Authentication is handled exclusively through Valve's official Steam OpenID 2.0 protocol without exposing your credentials to third parties.
3. Data Usage & Security
3.1. Collected data is used strictly to execute orders, display transaction history, and provide customer support.
3.2. All network communication is protected with TLS 1.3 encryption. Access to internal databases is strictly isolated and restricted.
4. Third-Party Sharing
4.1. We do not sell or lease user data. Data is shared exclusively with necessary technical service providers (Steam API, top-up fulfillment gateways) solely to complete transactions.
